Identification: Unspotted red-brown fur, greyer in winter. Distinctive white diamond rump is diagnostic. Seemingly tail-less. Black nose and mouth and white chin. Grey forehead.
Information: Distribution: common and widespread throughout Britain.
Similar species: Muntjac, Chinese Water Deer.
