Tree Pipit Anthus trivialis
Identification: Like Meadow Pipit but bill is thicker and head pattern is more distinct. Pale pink base to bill. Flight call 'dzzeep' is a helpful feature.
Information: Distribution: breeds locally, scattered throughout most of the British Isles.
Similar species: Meadow Pipit is much commoner and more easily seen well.
